Hi Everyone

No doubt you’re counting down to Christmas.  I can’t believe it’s almost here again.  If you love this time of the year, I hope you have a fantastic time.  If you think it’s all a bit of a palaver, why not ask Robin to book you a room and then book yourselves a ticket to Koh Samui? In fact, why not stay for New Year too? We still have some availability which is not shown on the agents’ sites, but it will be released soon.  The Waterfront doesn’t have compulsory meals or festivities, just laid-back tranquillity. Of course our café will be open all day and our bar all day and evening too, plus there are lots of excellent restaurants, bars, boutiques and spas in the village including the ever popular Friday Walking Street.

Our little bungalows for two with queen size beds are always in demand as are our rooms which have a little more space with king size beds. Our superior/honeymoon room has even more space, a double shower, double basins and a marvellous picture window. Our family suite has two bedrooms and a sitting room as does our family bungalow which is a little nearer the beach although all our rooms are only a stone’s throw away from the sand. We have two rooms upstairs, both charged at bungalow rate, and a family apartment which has a huge sitting room with two single beds, (although there is space for extra beds and these may be added to any room), a large bedroom and a large bathroom with twin showers and twin basins.  Consequently, there is something for everyone and I am sure you will find something to suit you. All our accommodation has a bathroom in which there is soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels and beach towels and the room has a safe, dressing gowns, lots of coat hangers, tea and coffee-making facilities with tea, coffee and milk in the fridge where there are also beers and soft drinks, plus free water, of course.  For your information, if a room is described as beachfront on our website, it is on the ground floor.  If it is described as sea view, it is on the first floor. However, we only have eighteen rooms and all our accommodation faces the beach and the sea.

Robin’s been busy, as have the staff, preparing for the next high season.  Lots of return guests arrive at our little hotel between Christmas and May and there’s lots of fun and laughter. If you haven’t been before, this is a great time to come.  The weather is usually really good too.

We are twentieth on Trip Advisor in Bophut at the moment, but it must be remembered that this is for the whole of the Bophut postal district which includes Chaweng, Choeng Mon, Bangrak and the wider areas, but we are actually fourth in Bophut village itself.

I wish you all a very merry Christmas, a very happy and healthy New Year and hope that you will be able to fit in a visit to our little piece of paradise sometime soon.

Until the next time, take really good care of yourselves.
