Booking Conditions

1. Bookings are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis
   
   
2. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required for all bookings and 40% in our Peak Season
   
   
3. In our peak season and high seasons, the following cancellation charges are applied:

   cancelled 1-14 days before arrival 100%
   cancelled 15-28 days before arrival 50%
   cancelled 29 days and over before arrival 20% in High Season and 40% in Peak Season.
   

4. In our low seasons, the following cancellation charges are applied:

   cancelled before arrival; 20% deposit only
   

5. Balance of payment for booked dates is payable on arrival and is non-refundable.
